Cancellation & Refund Policy
To ensure fairness for both participants and our organization, the following cancellation policy applies:
1. Registration Fee
The Registration Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
2. Program Fee Refunds
The refundable amount of the Program Fee depends on when the cancellation request is received:
4 weeks or more before the program start date: 100% refund of the Program Fee.
Between 2 and 4 weeks before the program start date: 50% refund of the Program Fee.
Less than 2 weeks before the program start date or after the program has started: No refund.
3. Processing Fee
A 5% processing fee will be deducted from all approved refunds to cover administrative and banking costs.
4. Program Date Changes
Participants may request to change their program start date subject to availability.
More than 2 weeks before the original start date: Free of charge.
Within 2 weeks of the original start date: A USD 50 administration fee will apply.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
